Zeezichtloop Petten

About the race

The Zeezichtloop, formerly Kermisloop Petten, starts and finishes at Plein 1945 in the heart of the coastal village. The 5 km loop runs through the village centre, along the dyke with sea views, and back to the village via dune and forest; for the 10 km you run that loop twice. The course has been renewed: steep little climbs and loose sand have been removed. The kids run covers one to three laps through the village, and you can also walk 10 or 15 km. The fastest Petten local on the 10 km wins the Erik ten Velden trophy.
