Werkhoven Loopt

About the race

Werkhoven Loopt has De Brink as its centre point: the start and finish are there, and afterwards the village square fills with music, food trucks and drinks. There are four distances. The children run 1 or 2 kilometres through the village, adults choose between 5 and 10 kilometres, and the 5 kilometres can also be done as a team run. The course consists of laps through the village centre, so participants keep meeting one another and the crowd. At the finish there is a bouncy castle and childcare, so parents can run while the children are occupied. The race is an initiative of the foundation of the same name and runs on volunteers.
