Dichtbij Vrijstad Vianen Loop

About the race

Dichtbij Vrijstad Vianen Loop is a local running and walking day through the historic centre, the Lek dike and the countryside around Vianen. Runners can choose 5 km, 10 km or 21.1 km, walkers have 5, 10 or 15 km options, and children have the Allerkleinste Loop plus Kidsruns of 1.4 and 2.1 km. The adult running distances start at Sportpark Helsdingen and finish on Voorstraat; the walks and children's runs stay in the centre around Voorstraat. The event is organized by Stichting Vrijstad Vianen Loop and is about more than times alone: moving together, health and meeting others are clearly at the heart of it. With its mix of race distances, walking routes and children's programme, Vrijstad Vianen Loop feels broad, local and carefully organized.
