Triathlon Woerden is a city triathlon in the Groene Hart, with the historic town centre as its recognisable backdrop. The 40th edition starts on Monday 25 May 2026 with trio and business-trio teams, followed by individual starts over the quarter and eighth triathlon distances. The swim takes place in the Singel, the bike course then runs through and around Woerden, and the race finishes with running laps through the centre towards the finish on the Kerkplein. The mix of teams, individual athletes and short spectator lines makes the event accessible and lively: competitors can race hard while spectators stay close to the action at several points.
