About the race

A nighttime fun run in Hoogeveen during the switch to winter time. You start at 2 am; at 3 am the clock goes back an hour, making your finishing time spectacularly fast. Runners choose about 11 or 16 kilometres, walkers 6.5 kilometres. Lights and reflective gear are compulsory, and there is a prize for the most brightly lit or best costumed participant. Start and finish are this year at the PID building behind swimming pool De Dolfijn, so the course is new. Proceeds go to KiKa. Organised by running group Enjoy Running.
