Run4Brain is a road race in Ghent with three distances: 5, 10 and 20 kilometres. The course stays within the city and the set-up is kept simple, with entry and timing through Star-Tracking. The race is organised by 4brain, which works on research into and care for brain disorders; taking part is therefore also a way of contributing to that. The 20 kilometres is the most striking distance on the programme, because it falls between the half marathon and the ten and so cannot be measured against a standard time.
