The Ronde van Ankeveen is run on King's Night, starting and finishing at café het Wapen van Ankeveen on the Stichts End. Children from four to eleven run a kilometre; from the age of twelve you choose between 6.3 and 10 kilometres. The course goes through the village and the surrounding lake country, and because it falls in the evening the whole thing flows straight into the festivities afterwards. The start times are in the early evening but the organisers keep them provisional until shortly before the event, so check them close to the day. Stichting Oranje Festiviteiten Ankeveen organises the run.
