The A&S Sprint Triatlon is the sprint triathlon of Nederhorst den Berg during the local Zomerspektakel. Participants swim 500 metres in the Spiegelplas, cycle 20 kilometres and run 5 kilometres around the Blijklaan and the sports hall. There are individual starts and a relay option, making the race accessible for solo triathletes as well as teams. With the compact transition area near Sporthal de Blijk and the village setting, the event feels clear, practical and local.
