Muideloop Gent

About the race

Muideloop Gent is a small-scale neighbourhood run organized by K-fit in Muide-Meulestede. The start and bib pick-up are at Loods 23 on Dublinstraat, after which the 3.4-kilometre route runs through Ghent's old port area all the way to the tip of Meulestede. The jogging options cover 3.4, 6.8 or 10 kilometres, there is a 3.4-kilometre walk, and children run 400 or 800 metres. That makes the Muideloop deliberately accessible: not the biggest race in Ghent, but a clear and friendly initiative that gets the neighbourhood moving. The cooperation with Gent loopt in 't rond also gives the run a place within the wider Ghent running circuit.
