LoveLife Run Hilversum is a charity run by Stichting Fight cancer with start and finish at Beeld & Geluid on the Mediapark. The familiar 5 kilometres for former and current cancer patients remains the heart of the event, but Hilversum also offers 10 kilometres for adult participants and short kids' runs of 400 and 800 metres. That makes the day broader than a single-distance run: patients, loved ones, care providers, children and teams all have a suitable way to take part. The programme is about training together, finishing together and raising money for cancer research, rather than chasing an official race result. The Mediapark location gives the run a recognizable Hilversum base with plenty of room for support and meeting others.
