This edition has already happenedSee upcoming races nearbyLOS stands for Last One Standing, and that is exactly what it is: every full hour the gun goes again at the Tolhuispark in Dokkum for a lap of 6.7 kilometres running or 3.9 kilometres walking. You have until the next start to be back in, and then you choose whether to go once more. Anyone beginning at eight can keep going until eight in the evening and reaches twelve laps; anyone joining at twelve has a shorter day. One lap counts every bit as much as twelve. There is a children's lap of two hundred metres in which the participants have to escape from the police, and the proceeds go to a good cause every year.
