HYROX Utrecht

About the race

HYROX is an indoor fitness race in which running and functional workouts alternate: eight one-kilometre runs, each followed by a workout station. That fixed format makes every race comparable, anywhere in the world. In Utrecht the Jaarbeurs is turned into an arena for several days in a row, with heats from early morning until late in the evening, live rankings and split times per station. You can enter the individual classification, the tougher Pro division, doubles, or a relay with four athletes. The audience can follow the whole race, which makes the atmosphere both competitive and spectacular. Speed alone does not decide it here: strength, recovery and pacing your energy matter just as much.
