Hardloopavond4Daagse Amsterdam is a four-evening running event from Diemerpark, starting and finishing at AHC IJburg. Runners complete a half or full marathon over four nights, with 5 km and 10 km routes each evening, timing, and a relaxed non-championship feel. Taking part and completing the four evenings are the heart of the event.
