FitRace Rotterdam

About the race

FitRace Rotterdam is a fitness race in the RDM Onderzeebootloods, alternating running with functional workout stations. Participants complete ten running intervals with ten exercise stations in between. Rookie uses 10 x 400 metres of running, while Advanced uses 10 x 800 metres; athletes can start individually or as a duo. The format tests not only speed but also strength, rhythm and recovery between exercises such as sled push, rowing, carries and wall balls.
