Cruyff Legacy 14K

About the race

The Cruyff Legacy 14K is the running and walking event of the Johan Cruyff Foundation, starting and finishing inside the Johan Cruijff ArenA. There are two distances: a 5 kilometres to be run, and a 14 kilometres that can be either run or walked. The route links places from Johan Cruijff's life, among them De Meer, Betondorp and the bridge named after him. Participants take part to fund sporting opportunities for children with disabilities, raising money as they go; the field runs into the thousands. Entering the stadium at the end turns the finish into the real high point of the day.
