Boulevardloop Nieuweroord is Sportvereniging Nieuweroord's village race, with start and finish at Dorpshuis De Vuurkorf on Middenraai. The 12th edition combines youth distances with the 4-mile race as the main event: the youngest children run 450 metres, followed by 900 metres, 1.35 km and the 6.4 km race for older youth and adults. The event is also the first stamp opportunity in the 5Dorpenloop series, giving regional runners an extra reason to come to Nieuweroord. Its appeal lies in the compact setting: spectators close to the course, a recognisable village atmosphere and enough racing edge for anyone chasing a strong 4-mile effort.
