The Bijlmer Run is a running celebration in Amsterdam Zuidoost, with Kraaiennest and the Bijlmer as its energetic setting. The fifth edition brings together a half marathon, 10 km, 10 km Business Run, 5 km, 5 km walk and Zonova Kids Run in one programme. Music, cheer points and neighbourhood energy are as much a part of the day as the finish time. The finish is deliberately shaped like a community festival, with food trucks, culture and a medal with its own story. That is what makes the Bijlmer Run stand out in Amsterdam: sporty, urban and strongly rooted in the neighbourhood.
