Alkmaar City Run by night is an evening road race through Alkmaar city centre, organised by Le Champion. The Wednesday 13 May 2026 edition combined 5 km and 10 km races with the Business Run, Rollebol Kids Run and Heroes Run. Starts are in the Molenbuurt and the finish is on Kerkplein, with lit streets, music, cheer zones and an After Run Party in the Grote Kerk. That gives the event more of a Run & Swing night feel than a standard city race.
