Gent 10 Mijl

About the race

The Gent 10 Mijl starts and finishes at Sport Vlaanderen Gent and passes the city's best-known places: the Graslei, the Sint-Michielshelling, the old courthouse, the Bijloke site, the Blaarmeersen and the Vrijdagmarkt. There are three distances — ten miles, five miles and a children's run of one kilometre — so a family can start on the same morning. After the finish the grounds stay open with live music, food and drink. The race is fairly young and reaches its fifth edition; it is organised by Golazo Sports.
