Triathlon des Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure is one of Belgium's older triathlons, created by Oxygène Triathlon Club in the lake area of Froidchapelle. The race uses the Centre ADEPS du Cierneau as its base and combines the natural setting of the Lacs de l'Eau d'Heure with closed bike and run courses. The programme is broad: Olympic distance and relay, Promo and relay, Découverte, Kids 10/13 and Kids 6/9, with total distances from 2.65 to 53.50 kilometres. That makes it less a single-format race than a full club day for young athletes, beginners, teams and experienced triathletes looking for a strong setting of water, woodland and open space.
