Le Val d'Heure starts at the Château de Ham-sur-Heure and heads out into the green, wooded and rural country around the castle. There are two loops: the Val d'Heure of 14 kilometres with 320 metres of climbing and the Mini Val d'Heure of 7 kilometres with 160. Both set off at the same moment in the early afternoon, over a waymarked course with marshals and refreshment posts along the way. A good hour earlier it is the turn of the Jeunes Foulées: three age brackets from six to fourteen running in the castle park itself, where every child receives a medal, a snack and a keepsake. You can enter in advance, or still on the spot from midday.
