Swit&Sit Rin is Itens' village party in running shoes: first sweat, then sit. The seventh edition starts from the sports field on Hearedyk and brings running, walking and kids' races together in a programme for the whole family. Children run 500 m or 1.5 km, runners choose 5, 10 or 15 km, and walkers can head out for 5 or 15 km. After the finish, the focus deliberately shifts to sitting together, with music, food, relaxation and village atmosphere. That makes Swit&Sit Rin feel less like a bare race and more like a community day where sport and meeting people naturally belong together.
