Ronde van Súdwest Fryslân

About the race

The Ronde van Súdwest Fryslân is AV Horror's time-trial run, starting at eleven from Sportpark Schuttersveld in Sneek. You choose between 12 and 21 kilometres; both set off together and head into the Frisian countryside. That this is a time trial rather than a city race shows mainly in the set-up: no side programme, no kids run, no closed roads — but a measured route, timing and photographs and results online afterwards. The entry fee fits the picture too: six euro for the twelve and eight for the twenty-one. Anyone wanting a long run in race form without making a day of it is in the right place.
