Station tot Station Loop

About the race

The Station tot Station Loop is a 10 English Miles event in the Overijssel Vechtstreek, with a distinctive point-to-point format between Ommen station and Dalfsen station. The 17th edition is scheduled for Wednesday 27 May 2026 and combines the familiar paved Station tot Station Loop with the Rail Trail, an unpaved route over the same distance. That choice between road and trail makes the 2026 race especially interesting without changing the simple idea: travel to the start by train, run back to Dalfsen and finish by the station. The emphasis on public transport, limited car movement and a route through the Vechtstreek gives the event its own sustainable character.
