The Semi Marathon Tor Steinar sets off from the scout hut of Jamioulx on the Allée Jean Hainaut, in the municipality of Ham-sur-Heure-Nalinnes. There are two distances, 7 and 21 kilometres, which both go at ten. Despite the name this is not a road race: the twenty-one runs as a trail through the woods around Jamioulx, with the ground and the relief that come with it. Anyone not ready for that gets the same surroundings on the seven kilometres, in a format that stays manageable. A local non-profit runs the organisation and the whole thing keeps the scale of a village trail: one start point, two distances, no side programme.
