RunForestRun Springendal

About the race

RunForestRun Springendal is a small-scale trail race from the De Witte Berg holiday park in Ootmarsum, with routes of 12, 22 and 31 kilometres. The setting makes the difference: the Springendal is one of the most broken-up corners of Twente, with stream valleys, steep wooded edges and narrow paths following one another in quick succession. The organisers deliberately keep the field small and aim for a relaxed atmosphere, where running together counts for more than the result. Part of every entry goes to a concrete nature project in the area where the trail is run, so participants contribute directly to the landscape they pass through.
