Run the Border Ultra Trail

About the race

Run the Border is an ultra trail in the Limburg hill country, with Epen as its base. The course consists of a 25-kilometre loop that you cover once, twice, three or four times, up to a maximum of a hundred kilometres. After each lap you return to Camping Oosterberg, where the aid station runs on regional produce: coffee, vlaai and hot and cold snacks. The route climbs and descends constantly and runs largely on narrow paths and unpaved ground, so good condition and some off-road experience are far from superfluous. Participants can be followed live along the way, and several climbs carry Strava segments with prizes attached.
