Run in the Park - Namur is a compact one-hour road race in Parc Louise-Marie in Namur. Instead of one fixed finish distance, the aim is to complete as many laps as possible on a short loop of about 680 metres. The format is both accessible and tactical: solo runners, relay teams and participants in the PMR category start together and manage their effort over one hour. With its short circuit, park setting and repeated passages through the same points, the race feels lively, easy to follow and well suited to both fast laps and smart pacing.
