Namuraid

About the race

Namuraid is an adventurous pairs triathlon around the Citadel of Namur, where teamwork matters more than running speed alone. Teams of two start on the Esplanade of the Citadel with a 4 km downhill run to the Confluence, then get into the kayak together for 3 km on the Meuse, run 3.5 km back up to the citadel and finish with 25 km of mountain biking on a mix of trails and small roads. The race is open from age 15 and uses wave starts, chip timing and live tracking, so supporters can follow teams closely. The combination of citadel climbs, water, mountain bike and mandatory teamwork makes Namuraid a compact but genuinely Walloon multisport experience.
