Quintusloop

About the race

The Quintusloop is SV Quintus's village run in Hengelo Gld, with start and finish at De Spannevogel on Ruurloseweg. The programme on 31 May 2026 consists of a 1 kilometre run for children and G-runners, plus 5 kilometres, 10 kilometres and a half marathon. After starting in the centre, the longer routes quickly head into the Achterhoek countryside: the 5 and 10 kilometres are roughly half paved and half unpaved, while the half marathon runs even more clearly over sandy, wooded and gravel paths. The roads and paths remain public, with traffic marshals at critical points and aid along the way. That makes the Quintusloop feel like an easy-going village race with terrace atmosphere at the finish, but also like a serious countryside run for anyone who enjoys finding rhythm on changing surfaces.
