The Pierewaai Trail / Beachrun IJmuiden is a coastal running event from Strandpaviljoen Zeezicht in IJmuiden aan Zee. The summer edition combines 10 km and 15 km beach runs with a half marathon, marathon and 60 km ultra over beach, dunes and natural areas along the North Sea coast. The routes are mostly unpaved, followed by GPS and run in a semi self-supporting format.
