Ohm Trail

About the race

Ohm Trail is one of the tougher trail events in the Aywaille area, with the Aqualienne valley and the gateway to the Ardennes as its setting. From the Hall Omnisport on Esplanade du Fair-Play, five formats are offered: Start To Trail 11 km, Ohm Trail Light 24 km, Original 35 km, XL 55 km and Ultra 83 km. Even the shortest distance already brings singletracks, steep climbs, technical descents and viewpoints; the longer routes build up the elevation gain to 4,105 m D+ on the Ultra. The race deliberately carries a sense of adventure and resistance: little asphalt, many forest and valley paths, passages towards Ninglinspo and Fonds de Quarreux, and an organization with live timing, aid stations, guarded drop bag, showers and its own Ohm Village. This is not a flat trail day, but a choice for runners who want to feel terrain, climbing and self-reliance.
