Obstakel Run Bootcamp

About the race

Obstakel Run Bootcamp is Bootcamp Rick Harmsen’s obstacle run in Eefde, on an unpaved course full of exercises, mud and obstacles. Participants can choose the 3 km family/kids run, the regular 5.5-7 km ticket, the 14 km ALFA group and the 21 km ELITE group, with the longest formats covering several laps of the same course. The setup is sporty but accessible: obstacles may be skipped, exercises can be done with fewer repetitions and everyone starts in their own time slot. With aid points, instructions at each section and a finisher patch at the finish, the event is mainly about completing a solid outdoor bootcamp challenge together.
