The Outdoor Valley Obstacle Run takes place in and around the Hoge Bergse Bos near Bergschenhoek, on the edge of Rotterdam. Participants choose between a 3 km Family Run, a 6 km Family Run and a 6 km Obstacle Run for older participants, friends, colleagues and teams. The course is all about mud, water obstacles, climbing, teamwork and fun, with enough challenge without becoming a technical survival run. Afterwards the atmosphere stays relaxed at Outdoor Valley, with space to catch up together.
