About the race

Marathon Zoniënwoud / Marathon Forêt de Soignes is a forest trail run starting from the Sonian Forest Sports Centre in Auderghem, just outside Brussels. The courses run mostly on unpaved paths through the Sonian Forest, mixing wide forest avenues, woodland trails and rolling terrain. Distances around 12, 21, 30 and 42 km make it suitable for both newer trail runners and marathon specialists.
