Foulées Hivernales ART

About the race

Foulées Hivernales ART is a winter race held entirely inside the Sonian Forest, with 5 and 12 kilometres on the programme. The course follows forest paths with a gently undulating profile, and the return leg uses the same route as the way out. The start is not a mass start but a fifteen-minute window; timing runs from the start mat to the finish mat, so you choose when to set off. The field is capped at a thousand runners and there are no entries on the day. There is an aid station in the forest for the 12 kilometres, and reusable cups are used at the finish. Afterwards come prize-givings per distance, a team prize on the 12 kilometres and a raffle.
