Les Foulées des Flosses is the annual race of the running club L'Enjambée in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. The start and finish are at Sportcity on the Avenue Salomé, where changing rooms, lockers and showers are also available. Two distances are on offer: 7.7 kilometres and 16 kilometres. The course is gently rolling and runs roughly eighty percent through woodland, which gives the race a green and peaceful character despite its location within the Brussels region. Aid stations are placed along the way: on the sixteen kilometres after six and eleven kilometres, and on the short distance around halfway. Children have a Kids Run earlier in the morning, and a prize ceremony with a raffle closes the event.
