Jogging de Presles Parc & Castel

About the race

The Jogging de Presles Parc & Castel sets off from the École Saint-Joseph and owes its reason for existing to one passage: the route runs through the park of the Presles castle, which is otherwise closed to the public. The morning opens at half past ten with the children's races over 800 and 1600 metres, after a supervised warm-up; at half past eleven the 5 kilometres goes and a quarter of an hour later the 13. Walkers pick their own moment between eleven and twelve and cover the same waymarked course — they are timed too. Around the finish there are physiotherapists giving massages, free childcare, a bag drop and entertainment for children. Dogs are not allowed into the castle park. The proceeds go to Kick Cancer.
