The Jogging de La Plante takes place in the Namur district of the same name, along the Meuse south of the centre. The race office and meeting point are at the Cercle Saint Jeanne d'Arc on the Rue Delonnoy, open from nine o'clock. At ten the one-kilometre children's race sets off, and half an hour later the 6.6 and 13.2 kilometres start together — the long distance being exactly double the short one. Because the district lies between the river and the foot of the hills, the course stays flat and fast. Advance registration is recommended for the two adult distances.
