HYROX Maastricht

About the race

HYROX Maastricht is held indoors, at the MECC, and follows the format that is identical worldwide: eight runs of one kilometre, with a strength station between each. That makes it not a road race but a fitness race in which distributing your strength matters most — going too hard at the early stations costs you the closing kilometres. Because the format is the same everywhere, your time here sits directly alongside those of competitors elsewhere. You can enter solo in the open or the pro division, in pairs as doubles, or as a relay team. The weekend runs over four days with starts in waves, so the hall is in constant use.
