HarkemaRun

About the race

HarkemaRun is a Tuesday evening race in Harkema, organised as part of the local Sinoan programme. On 16 June 2026, start and finish are on Ikeloane near CBS de Wynroas. The 1 km TikoKidsrun opens the evening at 18:45, followed by the 5 km and 10 km races at 19:15. The route passes through part of the Fryske Wâlden and uses both paved and unpaved roads, giving the race more variety than a standard village loop on asphalt. Participants collect their bib at the race office by the start and finish, while changing and showers are available at sporthal De Fûgelkamp. HarkemaRun therefore feels like a compact, practical evening event with room for children, recreational runners and athletes chasing a strong 5 or 10 km.
