The Goedhart Drechtloop is the winter race of S.V. Kickers '69 in Leimuiden, held each year on the third Sunday of January. The course follows the little river Drecht and runs along the dyke through the meadows towards Vriezenkoop and Rijnsaterwoude — flat, open and in January often with the wind as the main opponent. There are four running distances: a children's run of 1.4 kilometres, 4 and 10 kilometres and ten English miles. Walkers can cover the 10 kilometres. The set-up is that of a club race: plain, familiar and centred on the clubhouse.
