Westeinderloop

About the race

The Westeinderloop starts and finishes at Sportpark Calslagen in Kudelstaart, at football club RKDES. Athletics club Aalsmeer organises the race as part of the Zorg en Zekerheid Circuit. The 10 English miles route goes via Leimuiden, Bilderdam and De Kwakel back to Kudelstaart, past the Westeinderplas lake, the Drecht and the Amstel. The 10 km follows a shorter loop via Bilderdam and De Kwakel, the 5 km stays within Kudelstaart and along the lake. Young runners and a G-run run laps on the skating track; they join for free, but do need to register in advance. The 10 EM starts at 11:00 am and every finisher gets a medal.
