This edition has already happenedSee upcoming races nearbyThe Schipholloop follows the Ringvaart around the Haarlemmermeer polder, starting and finishing at Wink on the Schipholdijk in Oude Meer. There are three distances: a half marathon, a marathon and a 61-kilometre ultra, which can also be run as a relay. The course is completely paved, flat and fast. There are no ribbons or arrows: entrants navigate by GPS and run semi-self-supporting, with aid stations and the option of drop bags. The 61 kilometres revives the Ronde van de Haarlemmermeer, held between 1978 and 1997 by AV Haarlemmermeer and now restarted on private initiative.
