The Gaperloop is Gonzalez Running Team's fast Friday-evening race in Gapinge. Start and finish are at community building De Spil, and both distances set off at 19:30: 5 km and 10 km on a flat rural course around the village. The eighth edition on 12 June 2026 keeps the format deliberately clear, with room for personal-best attempts as well as the village atmosphere of running between Gapinge and the Zeeland countryside. After the finish, Gaper socks, category prizes on both distances and the raffle after the prize ceremony are part of the evening. The result is a small-scale road race that stays memorable through its local details.
