Flo'Run is the evening race of the free schools of Florennes, set up as a nature run with a second format alongside it. At seven the Run & Bike pairs set off over 8 and 12 kilometres: two participants, one bicycle, handed over between them along the way. A quarter of an hour later the ordinary runners go over 4, 8 or 12 kilometres, on the same courses — the climb figures are identical, 31 metres on the shortest and 81 on the longest. There is no age limit and anyone who did not enter in advance can still try on the spot while places last. Only the 4 kilometres has a generous cap; the other distances are held tighter.
