The Easy Running 5x5 relay of ARGO Atletiek starts at the athletics track on Sportpark De Bezelhorst in Doetinchem. A team is five runners who each cover five kilometres, twenty-five together. What gives the race its character is the restart: at around a quarter to four the fifth runners of every team are sent off together, so the closing leg becomes a genuine head-to-head instead of a run-out on accumulated time. Anyone who would rather walk sets off earlier in the afternoon within a half-hour start window, over 5, 7.5 or 10 kilometres. The prize giving follows at the end of the afternoon on the track itself.
