From Koningin Julianaplein, toddlers and young runners cover short loops through the village centre; normally the 5 km and 10 km follow the red course through the village. In 2026 the Peuterloop and Jeugdloop went ahead, while the 5 km and 10 km were cancelled because of heat. The atmosphere is local and sporty, with the festival tent, volunteers and spectators close to the start and finish.
