Cross Triatlon Vorden

About the race

The Cross Triatlon Vorden is a triathlon over unpaved terrain, organised by Stichting Triatlon Bronckhorst. The start and finish are at the open-air swimming pool In de Dennen, in the middle of the Het Grote Veld woodland near Vorden. The swim takes place in the outdoor pool, after which it continues by mountain bike over sand tracks and existing MTB routes, closing with a running loop on unpaved paths through the forest. Three formats are offered: a swim-run of 100 metres swimming and 1 kilometre running for children, a sixteenth triathlon over 250 metres, 10 kilometres and 2.5 kilometres, and an eighth over 500 metres, 20 kilometres and 5 kilometres. The eighth distance can also be covered as a team.
