Sur les traces des Trois Tournesols is an orienteering outing in Sprimont in which running and walking may be freely mixed. You set off as a team of two or three with a roadbook and a set of questions about what you pass along the way, so navigating and deciding together matter as much as pace. There are two formats: a short loop of eight to ten kilometres and a long one of eighteen to twenty. The short one is entirely self-supported; the long one has a refreshment point halfway. Teams start at staggered intervals, one per time slot, spreading the field across the morning.
